LC-NMR
This 1 day course covers the LC-NMR hardware and software. Acquisition of LC-NMR data in both manual mode and under full automation will be covered as well as the use of the BPSU-36/2 peak sampling unit and the Propekt2 SPE peak trapping unit.
Experiments:
- LC-NMR methods including stop-flow, loop collection, SPE peak trapping and transfer.
- LC-NMR automation using IconNMR
- Solvent suppression methods including double presaturation and WET
Prerequisite:
This course will assume basic HPLC, NMR and TopSpin knowledge. Attendance at Avance I - Liquids or the equivalent is required.
