Remarks:
This course will cover the acquisition of spectra using the BEST (Bruker Efficient Sample Transfer) flow-injection hardware. Hardware setup and operation via IconNMR will be shown. Method development will also be discussed.
Prerequisite Qualification:
Basic NMR knowledge and experience with AVANCE spectrometers will be assumed. Attendance at the AVANCE Course or equivalent knowledge is recommended.
