Introduction to AVANCE Spectrometer Operation

  • Basic Bruker hardware and software concepts.
  • Acquisition, processing and plotting of 1D and 2D spectra.
  • Optimizing conditions for acquisition and processing.
  • Getting started with the automation software IconNMR


Remarks:

This course offers a basic introduction to the operation of an AVANCE spectrometer. The course is designed for customers who are starting to work with AVANCE spectrometers. Practical sessions will cover routine 1D NMR experiments, homonuclear 2D NMR experiments like COSY, NOESY, TOCSY, ROESY, and heteronuclear 2D NMR experiments like HSQC, HMQC, HMBC.

 

Prerequisite Qualification:

Open to all AVANCE spectrometer users.
