The Shapetool provides numerous ready-to-use pulse shapes and supports the design of user-defined shapes. Pulse programs may be visualized and edited using a symbolic display, or as an exact view of the pulse generator hardware output. The Virtual Spectrometer module NMR-SIM performs numeric simulations of pulsed experiments and provides insight into a wide variety of NMR techniques.
- Numerical simulation of 1D/nD experiments. Produces standard TopSpin datasets (NMR-SIM)
- Graphical display of behaviour and movement of magnetization vector during an experiment
- Symbolic pulse sequence display. Includes graphical sequence editor
- Graphical display of exact digital hardware output of a pulse sequence
- Shapetool enables you to select, view, modify and design pulse shapes
- Calculation of the excitation profiles of shapes. Display result over spectrum
