Distance Determination in Proteins by EPR
Interspin Distance Determination
Precise measurement of electron-electron interspin distances in the range 20-80 Å is becoming more and more important, e.g. in cardiology research.
With our ELEXSYS E580Q as well as our E680 system and the ELDOR upgrade option, DEER distance measurement experiments are now commonly employed at Q-band and W-band. The increase in frequency provides a clear increase in sensitivity in comparison to X-band DEER measurements.
