PharmaScan
Technical Information
The PharmaScan®, a high-field, easy-to-use and at the same time easy-to-install and very cost-effective MR-system. It is designed for MRI applications on small animals such as mice and rats in the field of routine pharmaceutical, biomedical and molecular imaging research.
Magnets
- Field strengths from 4.7 to 7 T deliver maximum sensitivity for high speed and high resolution MRI applications

- Standard actively shielded gradient system

- Volume resonators at a range of 23 mm up to 72 mm inner diameter
- Active RF decoupling allows operation of independent transmit and receive coils
