ParaVision
MR-Acquisition and Processing in Preclinical Research and Material Science
Intuitive routine software package and latest cutting-edge techniques
for pre-clinical MR imaging and spectroscopy.
ParaVision® sets no limits with respect to dimensions and size of the image data set and handles the proper sorting of the output data.
A rich palette of image analysis and visualization tools allows the user to extract more complex information from 2D or 3D images. The toolbox includes interactive magnification in real time, quantitative ROI analysis, geometric measurements, digital filtering, movie display of image sequences, and 3D secondary reconstruction of orthogonal planes.
3D Evaluation
- 3D imaging with 3D image processing.
- 3D data evaluation and visualization (with JIVE) e.g. multi planar reconstruction.
- MR angiography.
- Image algebra and image sequence analysis
DTI Evaluation
- Selection of images to map to and to create a mask from
- Definition of signal mask by 3D region growing
- 2D & 3D visualization of composite images
- DTI-EPI supporting k-space trajectory based reconstruction.
- Calculation module to derive scalar and directional information.
- Visualization of direction-encoded color-maps in 2D and 3D together with morphological reference images. (with JIVE).
- Transparency modulation by fractional anisotropy images
- Arbitrary composition schemes and color coding capabilities
