General Course Information

You can register for all Bruker BioSpin MRI training courses by using our registration form or with the forms you received with the course mailing. We accept registrations usually until 4 weeks before the course begins (Please check the schedule for these dates). Due to the limited availability of NMR instruments we reserve the right to limit the number of participants in each course.

 

Cancellations received 2 weeks prior to a course start date will be accepted with a 100% refund of the course fee or voucher credits. Cancellations received within 2 weeks of a course start date will receive only a 50% refund of the course fee or voucher credits. Cancellations received after the course start date or a failure to attend a course without prior notice will result in a 100% forfeiture of the course fee or voucher credits.

 

We also reserve the right to cancel a course should the number of registrants not exceed a required minimum. Cancellation notices will be sent out no later than three weeks prior to the course. Full or cancelled courses will be marked on the schedule on our website. Bruker BioSpin will not be held responsible for costs incurred due cancellation of the training course prior or on the cancellation deadline.

 

The price for Bruker BioSpin courses depends on their duration. The basic charge is US $ 500.00 per day. The table below list the prices for the individual courses. You can either use the tuition vouchers you have obtained with a spectrometer purchase or you can obtain additional voucher by ordering them from your sales representative or our main office. One voucher is equivalent to one course unit. The course fees include all course materials, coffee breaks, lunches and transportation between the hotel and the Bruker BioSpin facility. Not covered in this fee are lodging, other meals and any ground transportation not mentioned above.

Bruker BioSpin has special rates with the Doubletree Hotel. This hotel offers transportation to and from the Bruker BioSpin Offices. Other hotels might not offer this service. You are able to reserve your hotel reservations online and receive the Bruker BioSpin corporate rate automatically. Lodging is not included in the course fees.
 

The Bruker BioSpin facilities are located ca 17 miles from Boston Logan airport or ca 35 miles from the Manchester, NH airport. From the Manchester, NH airport, you can use Flight Line Inc. (800-245-2525) shuttle service to the hotels in Billerica. One way fare is approximately $58.

 

Recording devices are not allowed in the classroom. We do not have computers dedicated to customer e-mail requirements. You should make provisions for your own e-mail support during your visit. Use of a wireless guest account at Bruker is permissible when the class is not in session.
