MRI and µSPECT
These data were acquired using a BioSpec® 70/20.
A mouse is injected with 123I-CIT which binds to dopamine and serotonine transporters.
SPECT images (center) display uptake in the striata, eyes (and free iodine in the thyroid). Co-registration with the MR images (top) is implemented with fiducial markers.
