Metabolic Profiler
Ideal platform to perform metabolomic studies
The Metabolic Profiler is the result of a joint effort from Bruker BioSpin and Bruker Daltonics. It is the ideal platform for conducting metabonomics studies, traditional metabolism studies, and analysis of complex mixtures.
Our Metabolic Profiler is a dedicated, integrated system featuring an Avance NMR spectrometer from Bruker BioSpin and a microTOF from Bruker Daltonics. By combininig the structural resolving power of NMR with mass accuracy of the microTOF we can offer the most complete system for metabolic research available today.
The Metabolic Profiler provides a simple, easy to use and inexpensive base-system to acquire the spectroscopic data need to do basic metabolic profiling including metabonomic statistical analysis.
