K-Band Resonator
The ER 6706KT cylindrical resonator operates at a frequency around 24 GHz. The resonator frequency is tuneable over a large range to take into acount frequency changes due to sample insertation and variations in operating temperature. The cavity is fitted with a sample ruler for reproducible positioning of point samples. This is especially important if light irradiation is required to generate the radicals (ER 6706KT-W front window versions).
K-Band EPR is especially suited for the investigation of transition metal complexes and for multifrequency work.
The ER 6706KT(W) resonator is a new development. It features high sensitivity and easy handling at all operating temperatures. The resonator fits the helium cryostat ER 4118CF, as well as the quartz glass dewar ER 4118CV.
