Accommodation:

A typical price is approx. € 85.00 / CHF 110.00 per night incl. breakfast. Please let us know if we can be of assistance regarding the hotel booking.
 

Hotel Invoice:

Please pay your hotel bill directly at the hotel desk when checking out (major credit cards accepted).

 

Travel Directions: 

The EPR Training Courses will be conducted in the EPR Division of the Bruker BioSpin GmbH, in Rheinstetten, Germany (your way to Bruker BioSpin).

 

Applications: 

In cases where a large number of customers have applied to participate in a course it may be necessary to limit the number of participants for each customer lab to two.

Precondition for running a training course is that a minimum number of participants has been reached. The number of participants in all courses is limited (the participation depends on the date of receipt of the application, i.e., early application is recommended).

Practical sessions will always be held using systems of the latest spectrometer generation.

 

Confirmation of Registration:  

The confirmation of registration will be sent to you in advance (after the registration deadline has passed), together with a detailed course program, hotel information and the invoice on the course fee.

Training Course Fee: 

€ 900.00 incl. VAT (three-day course)

Invoice: 

The invoice will be sent with the confirmation letter. It has to be paid upon receipt of invoice. For bank connections please refer to the invoice.

Please note that due to German tax regulations we have to invoice VAT for German training courses as they will be held in Germany. For members of the EU, the VAT will not be invoiced.

Cancellation Policy:

Once booked, a course can only be cancelled directly at the office organizing and holding this course. A cancellation will be possible only if it is received at least 1 month prior to the course. If a cancellation is submitted less than 1 month before the course begins, full payment for the course will remain due.
