New 800 US™ Plus Magnet: Compact Design and Small Stray Field Cut Siting Costs
The new 800 US Plus magnet combines smaller physical size with reduced stray field delivering significant increases in siting flexibility. It can be placed within a single-story lab, whereas a traditional 800 MHz magnet requires a dedicated two-story facility. The US Plus technology reduces magnetic stray fields by four-fold over that of the already modest stray field of our successful 800 US² magnet. Two 800 US plus magnets have already been delivered.

The SampleJet: New, Versatile Autosampler
The new SampleJet provides both high throughput and individual analysis capabilities in a single NMR sample changer. Its versatile design can accept samples from five! 96-position racks allowing batch analysis of up to 480 tubes. Sample Jet is ideal for high or medium throughput labs in applications such as metabolomics, parallel and combinatorial chemistry, and compound library screening and verification.
Metabolic Profiling Database: Streamlining Metabolite Analysis and Identification
A new Metabolic Profiling Database for metabolite identification and quantification in NMR-based metabolic profiling has been developed through a collaboration between Bruker BioSpin and major food and pharmaceutical companies and leading universities in the field of metabolomics. It contains information on the most common endogenous metabolites in body fluids (urine, blood, cerebro-spinal fluid), and known metabolites of some over-the-counter drugs and selected food components. The new Metabolic Profiling Database enables NMR researchers to accurately and more quickly identify and quantitate compounds and make on-the-fly decisions during measurements.

QNP CryoProbe for 1H, 31P, 13C, and 15N Observation
The X-channel of the new QNP CryoProbes can be switched between 13C, 15N, or 31P. Compared to a conventional probe, the sensitivity across all channels of the new probe—including 1H—is enhanced by a factor of 3-4. As a result, the new probe delivers NMR experiments of these nuclei at the highest sensitivity available today. The new cryogenically cooled QNP CryoProbe accommodates a 5 mm sample and is available for Bruker BioSpin 500 MHz and 600 MHz systems.

10 mm CryoProbe for Polymer Research
A new 10 mm Dual NMR CryoProbe that delivers the highest carbon-13 NMR sensitivity available to date. The large sample volume and extended temperature range—from 0 °C up to 130 °C—make it an ideal tool for polymer research. The high temperature range of the probe enables measurements of polymer melts and solutions.
