ATM for CryoProbes
Optimal Sensitivity in Automation
Automatic Tuning and Matching (ATM) is the perfect accessory for a CryoProbe. It provides optimal sensitivity under all sample conditions on every sample conditions without user interaction. In high throughput laboratories this accessory is an absolute necessity for peak performance.
The ATM accessory provides complete system control over the tuning and matching adjustments of a Bruker BioSpin probe. ATM quickly optimizes the tuning and matching on a CryoProbe eliminating the need to manually perform these adjustments from sample to sample. In laboratories where optimal sensitivity is required on every sample, the ATM accessory is the solution. Optimize your CryoProbe for automation and high throughput by adding the ATM for CryoProbes.
Solvent changes and changes to the ionic strength alter the tuning of your probe. As a result, the optimal spectrum can only be obtained when the probe is matched and tuned to the sample under evaluation. Maximum sensitivity, the shortest pulse widths and a large excitation bandwidth are only achieved with tuning and matching the probe. High performance probes, such as the inverse triple resonance Cryo- Probes (TXI and TCI) benefit substantially from matching and tuning each sample, particularly upon solvent or ionic strength changes.
