By plane
Public busses 630/631 (at terminal) or S-Bahn S5 (walking distance 500 m from terminal) from Graz Airport to Graz Main Station. The airport is within the same tariff zone as Graz downtown, city tickets therefore are valid for travelling to the airport.
By train
from Graz Main Station to University of Graz (ZMB): public bus No. 58 (station "Mozartgasse") or public bus No. 63 (station "Geidorfplatz")
TU Graz: public bus No. 63 (station "Nibelungengasse" plus 10 min walk) or tramway No. 6 (station "Neue Technik")
Hotel Academia and Hotel Teuschler: public bus No. 58 (station "Pensionsweg")

Visa and Passports
EU citizens must either present a passport or an ID card valid for the duration of the stay in order to enter Austria for tourist visits of up to three months. Citizens of other countries must have a valid passport. Some non-EU citizens are required to produce a visa. Please consult the Austrian Embassy or authorities in your country for further informations.
Insurance
A travel insurance policy to cover theft, loss and medical problems is recommended. The organisers will not be held liable for illness, accidents or thefts suffered by participants or accompanying persons during the conference or their stay in Austria before or after the conference.
