Flexibility for Today’s and Tomorrow’s Applications

Avance™ III

Fastest, highest performance and most flexible NMR spectrometer on the market.

The ultimate NMR platform for life-science and materials research, as well as a robust, automated, easy-to-use NMR analysis system for pharma/biotech, chemistry, metabolomics, nutritional science and molecular diagnostics research.

The speed and flexibility of the Avance III architecture allows one to carry out demanding NMR experiments with ease and provides a uniquely capable platform for NMR applications development.

Fast Acquisition Techniques

The Avance III architecture is ideally suited for novel, fast acquisition techniques, including FDM, CoVariance, APSY, Hadamard, GFT, NLS, Projection Reconstruction etc. The spectral purity and the stability of the Avance III, combined with the intuitive pulse programming and processing capabilities of the TopSpin software, make it easy to implement these time-saving techniques.

Simultaneous Multi Nuclei Acquisition

Simultaneous Multi Nuclei Acquisition

Extension to more than one receiver channel is supported by the flexible design of the Avance III architecture. You can achieve the highest possible efficiency by recording spectra of more than one nucleus at the same time particularly when combined e.g. with the unmatched sensitivity of a TCI CryoProbe™. For instance, 1 and 2-dimensional data can be rapidly acquired by interleaved or simultaneous data acquisition using a dual-receiver set-up.

Solid-State NMR Applications

The extremely fast (25 ns) phase, frequency and amplitude switching characteristics of the AVANCE III are of great benefit for advanced solid state NMR experiments. Modulated decoupling and recoupling sequences are easily programmed and accurately executed with high-precision RF phase and frequency settability.
