The SampleTrack Planning Questionnaires

The SampleTrack planning questionnaires are tools used to help us determine how SampleTrack can best be used in each unique laboratory setting. The questions presented in these forms give us a better understanding of your individual laboratory configuration and the applications that are performed (or are desired in the future). With this information BRUKER can more precisely evaluate how SampleTrack can be best utilized in your own laboratory setting.
 

We highly recommend completing these forms before you purchase SampleTrack, as this will ensure that the correct configuraton and features are included to help meet your unique laboratory requirements.
 

The main SampleTrack planning questionnaire form is used to collect general information including current instrument description, operating environment and contact information. Likewise, the main form collects data identifying any unique requirements or features that the laboratory may need. This same information is also used to ensure a straightforward installation of the SampleTrack software in your laboratory.

The supplementary instrument form is a tool used to help us determine which special considerations exist for the instruments in your laboratory. In this case a separate form should be filled out for each instrument.
